Please use the 'special instructions' box to indicate where the certificate should be mailed to & any other instructions you may have for me. It is imperative that the recipient knows to treat the certificate as cash, as the session cannot be redeemed without it. Alternately, gift certificates can also be purchased at the office or over the phone.
