Effective Stretches for Physical Activity

It is so important to maintain flexibility as we age & stretching is one way to accomplish this.  It really is one of the most beneficial concepts we can incorporate into our daily routines.  While stretching can sometimes be uncomfortable, especially when your body is not used to it, please allow yourself to feel a gentle stretch only & do not create stress on your body.  Enjoy the following video!
